Original OEM Printhead HP 85 (C9424A) (Light magenta) is the key component that turns ink into precise, repeatable dots on the page—so your HP DesignJet can deliver smooth transitions and refined detail exactly where light magenta matters most.
Dear Customer, when you choose an original OEM HP 85 printhead, we help you keep your printer working the way it was designed to. This printhead is responsible for accurate ink placement and stable color performance, which is especially important for graphics, photos and proofing where subtle shades can’t be left to chance. Light magenta brings that soft, vivid nuance to skin tones and gradients, giving your prints a professional, gallery-like finish.
With a yield of up to 595 pages (at 5% coverage), the HP C9424A lets you plan consumables with confidence and maintain consistent quality over time. We also make sure your parcel is carefully protected for transport, so it arrives ready to install and get you back to printing quickly.
Looking to complete your setup? Under “Related products” you’ll find matching inks, other HP 85 printheads in different colors, and even specialist head-cleaning fluid—handy when you want to keep nozzles in top condition.
