How to choose the right ink for Ricoh Ri 100 (and avoid common issues) When selecting an ink cartridge for Ricoh Ri100, start with two basics: colour and capacity. If you run short series, smaller 35–50 ml cartridges can be cost-effective and help you refresh inventory frequently. For steady production, 100–140 ml options reduce replacements and keep your workflow smoother. We also recommend paying attention to these common user challenges with garment printers like the Ri 100: - Interrupted production due to low ink – keeping a spare black and your fastest-moving colour can save the day.
- Uneven colour or dull prints – often caused by running a colour too low, using mismatched supplies, or skipping routine upkeep.
- Maintenance alerts and cleaning cycles – they’re normal in DTG workflows; having the right ink for Ricoh Ri 100 ready helps you complete maintenance without delays.
