Original OEM Drum Unit Canon 051 (2170C001) (Black) is the key component that keeps your Canon laser printer producing crisp, clean black prints page after page. Dear Customer, if you want the same reliability and fit you expect from your device, this genuine Canon drum unit is designed to work in perfect harmony with the printer’s mechanism.
In a laser printer, the drum unit is the precision part that transfers the toner image onto the paper. It does not contain toner itself, but it has a huge impact on sharp text, smooth gradients and consistent quality—especially during high-volume printing. With a yield of up to 23,000 pages (at 5% coverage), Canon 051 helps keep long print runs stable and predictable, whether you print invoices, reports or everyday office documents.
We also take care of the journey to your door: every order is carefully protected for transport, so your drum arrives ready for installation. And if you’d like to complete your setup, you’ll find matching Canon toners (including high-yield options), compatible alternatives, and even selected printers in the Related products tab.
