Our online store does not buy back empty cartridges
. We only offer free disposal of products that were previously purchased from our store.
Used ink and toner cartridges are hazardous waste and must not be disposed of in regular trash bins—that’s why we offer free disposal
so you can help protect the environment in a simple and safe way. For larger quantities of empty cartridges (10 or more), we’ll arrange for pickup by a courier after you contact us via email; for smaller quantities, you can return them to us at your own expense or bring them in person to our brick-and-mortar store.
Companies and public entities can also obtain a Waste Transfer Form (downloadable from the BDO system) if they generate more than 100 kg of such waste annually.

Yes, we accept empty cartridges (ink and toner), but only those purchased from our store.
✓10 or more empty cartridges

. Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll arrange for a free pickup by courier.
✓Fewer than 10 empty cartridges
– please also contact us via email in advance. In this case, you’ll send the package at your own expense
to our company’s address.
✓Cartridges from other stores—
we do not accept them.
The process consists of the following steps: 1
. Arrange with us how to return the empty cartridges. 2. Fill out the waste transfer form (BDO):
you can fill out the document yourself on the BDO website (we only accept waste under code 160214).
3. Send the empty containers . 4. Upon receipt of the empty containers, we’ll confirm receipt in the BDO system.
Please note: if you do not generate more than 100 kg of such waste per year, the form is not required

To compare printing costs, check the price of a replacement ink or toner cartridge for your printer, and then calculate the cost per page by dividing the price of the cartridge by its yield, expressed in the number of pages.
It’s worth noting that the stated yield is determined in accordance with ISO standards, which influence how the number of pages is measured.
