Original OEM Printhead HP 761 (CH648A) (Matte black) is a key component for customers who expect crisp, repeatable results from their HP DesignJet printer. Dear Customer, if your plots and technical drawings rely on deep, uniform blacks and clean line edges, a fresh printhead is the part that restores the printer’s precision—without changing your proven ink workflow.
Unlike an ink cartridge, this is a printhead: it doesn’t store ink, but precisely places it onto paper through microscopic nozzles. Thanks to the original Hewlett Packard design, CH648A helps keep matte black areas smooth and consistent—whether you print dense fills, sharp text, or fine CAD lines. We always pack your order with great care, so the printhead arrives well protected and ready for installation.
With the HP 761 family, it’s easy to build a complete, reliable setup. Under Related products you’ll find matching HP 761 inks (including Matte Black and XL options), convenient multipacks, other HP 761 printheads, and even a specialist head-cleaning fluid—perfect when you want to refresh the whole system and keep downtime to a minimum.
