Świetne doradztwo w serwisie - przemiły Pan i fachowe wsparcie, diagnoza krok po kroku: od czego zacząć wymianę - najpierw toner a jak to nie zadziała - to bęben. Nie ma naciągania na produkty, by zwiększyć sprzedaż.Toner został wysłany tego samego dnia. Zapakowany bardzo bezpiecznie, w dmuchane folie. Sam toner wygląda bardzo porządnie.
