Jestem zachwycona zakupem i profesjonalną obsługą (po piękne pudełko, w którym były zapakowane tusze). Czuję się zaopiekowana, bo wewnątrz był list z danymi kontaktowymi w razie jakichkolwiek pytań dotyczącymi nie tylko zamówienia, ale też tych pojawiających się po zakupach (np. jak zdjąć zabezpieczenia i zainstalować wkład). Tusze kupione pierwszy raz przez stronę, jeszcze nietestowane, dlatego pod tym względem nie mogę się wypowiedzieć. Przy następnych zakupach i mając doświadczenie z zamiennikami tuszy do swojej drukarki nie omieszkam opisać. POLECAM w 100%!!! Andrzej 29 January 2025 21:33
Obsługa OK, ale płyn do czyszczenia głowicy epson l365 sprawy nie załatwił, a wręcz doprowadził do nie włączania się drukarki. Skończyło się na kupnie HP Smart Tank 790. Powidziano mi, że nie ma żadnej szansy, żeby głowicę oczyścić (było nie było 9-letnią). Kiedy skończą się tusze, być może kupię u Was nowe.
