Obsługa po Pańskiej stronie b.dobra.Mam zastrzeżenia do firmy kurierskiej GLS. Przesyłka miała dotrzeć do 13,my pracujemy latem do 14,30 o 15 nie było kuriera .Gdy wieczorem wróciłem do firmy około 19 kołami samochodu przejechałem po przesyłce. Leżała na wjeździe za bramą .Szczęśliwie tusz nie uległ uszkodzeniu.Nie podpisywałem odbioru paczki. Proszę uczulić GLS bo naraża Waszą firmę na reklamacje.
