We ship DrTusz ink and toner replacements within 24 hours maximum from order placement. Usually, we ship much faster! If you place your order during our working hours, we'll ship it the same day, even within an hour of ordering. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Delivering your order in the shortest possible time is our priority!

Buy from us - risk nothing! You have the right to return ink or toner within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This applies to businesses too :)

We respect your decisions. If you have any concerns about the quality of our products, you can return them at our expense. We also apply the 48-hour rule. If within 48 hours of receiving your order you notice that your ink or toner isn't working properly, we'll replace it with a new one at our cost! You'll receive the new product within 24 hours. Just let us know and we'll solve the problem quickly.
