Oprogramowanie drukarki jest bardzo słabe. Porównując do drukarki HP DeskJet 4530, to oprogramowanie jest bardzo ubogie. W laptopie nie sprawdzimy np. poziomu tuszu, podczas skanowania nie widać postępu tej czynności (ważne - zwłaszcza gdy skanowanie trwa dłużej ze względu ustawioną wysoką rozdzielczość) . Sama grafika programu do skanowania wygląda na archaiczną. Jeśli drukarka ma zamknięte klapki to nic się nie wydrukuje, trzeba ręcznie ją przygotować tj otworzyć klapkę i wysunąć tace na wydruk. W starym HP4530 automatycznie wysuwa się język pod wydruk. Ogólnie nazwa premium w nazwie nie ma z tą drukarką nic wspólnego. Na plus można zaliczyć dobry skaner, kompaktową zwartą obudowę, dobrą obsługę przyciskami wyświetlacza drukarki i niezłe wydruki. Ale ze względu na słaby program do obsługi drukarki/skanera w tej cenie nie polecam produktu.
